Paigham-e-gham Jigar Ka Gulzar Tak Na Pahuncha
पैग़ाम-ए-ग़म जिगर का गुलज़ार तक न पहुँचा
This ghazal expresses a profound emotional pain and despair, where the speaker's message of sorrow (Paigham-e-Gham) fails to reach the heart's garden (Gulzaar). It speaks to the futility of complaint and suffering, suggesting that even the deepest feelings of sorrow cannot reach their intended destination.
