Privacy policy

Sukhan AI is a poetry discovery, listening, creation, and community service operated by IndaPoint. The Android app is published under the package name com.app.poetry_app.

• Account and profile: email address, name, profile photo, and optional details such as phone number, gender, birth year, city, state, and country.
• Your activity: favorites, playlists, follows, comments, preferences, listening activity, searches, notifications, and community interactions.
• Content you provide: poetry, lyrics, prompts, descriptions, uploaded images, generated songs, and related metadata.
• Purchases: product, order, subscription status, purchase token, store, and transaction timing. Payment-card details are handled by Google Play or Apple and are not received by us.
• Technical data: device and app version, language, push-notification token, IP address, request logs, crash information, and security events.

• Provide sign-in, profiles, playback, saved content, offline access for eligible subscriptions, community features, and customer support.
• Create requested poetry, explanations, audio, or music and deliver the result to your account.
• Verify purchases, manage subscriptions and usage limits, and prevent fraud or abuse.
• Send service messages and push notifications, remember preferences, diagnose errors, secure the service, and improve performance.
• Meet legal obligations and enforce our terms.

We do not sell personal information. We share only what is needed with service providers that help us operate Sukhan AI, such as cloud hosting and storage, email delivery, analytics and crash reporting, push notifications, app-store purchase verification, and AI or music-generation processing requested by you.

Those providers process information under their own terms and safeguards. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect users or the service, or as part of a business transfer subject to appropriate protections.

We keep account information while your account is active and retain other data only as long as needed for the purposes above. When you request deletion, account data and associated personal content are deleted or anonymized, except limited records we must retain for legal, tax, payment, fraud-prevention, dispute, or security purposes.

You can initiate deletion in the mobile app or from our public account deletion page. You may also contact us to request access or correction.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. No internet service can guarantee absolute security. Our providers may process information in countries other than yours, with protections appropriate to the service and applicable law.

Sukhan AI is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information without appropriate consent. If you believe a child has provided information, contact us so we can review and remove it.

We may update this policy as the service or law changes. The effective date above will be revised, and material changes will be communicated through the app or website where appropriate.
