Delete your account
You can request permanent deletion of your Sukhan AI account and its associated personal data here, without needing to reinstall or sign in to the app.

Start a deletion request
Send the request from your registered email
The prepared email asks only for the email address used for your Sukhan AI account. A reason is optional. Never send your password, one-time code, or payment details.

Request from the mobile app
If you can sign in, open Profile → Account → Request account deletion, add an optional reason, and submit. Both methods create a request for the same Sukhan AI account.
What happens next
- We may reply to the registered email to verify account ownership.
- After verification, we normally complete the request within 30 days.
- Your profile, authentication record, preferences, favorites, playlists, push tokens, and associated personal content are deleted or anonymized.
- Deletion is permanent. Download anything you want to keep before submitting your request.
Data we may retain
We may keep limited purchase, transaction, fraud-prevention, security, dispute, or legal records for the period required by law or legitimate compliance needs. Retained records are restricted to those purposes and are not used to keep your Sukhan AI profile active.
Cancel subscriptions separately
Deleting your Sukhan AI account does not automatically cancel a subscription billed by an app store. Cancel it separately in Google Play → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions or Apple Settings → your name → Subscriptions to prevent future renewal.
