Terms of service

Sukhan AI is operated by IndaPoint. By registering an account, purchasing a subscription, or using the website or mobile app (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

To use certain features of the Service, you must register by providing a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials (including passcodes sent to your email) and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

• Plans and features: We offer a Standard plan with daily fair-use limits on audio playback and AI content generation.
• In-App Purchases: Subscriptions purchased through Apple App Store or Google Play Store are subject to their respective billing terms. Payment details are handled entirely by those stores.
• Cancellations and Refunds: You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your app store account. Refund requests must be submitted directly to Apple or Google.

You may submit original poetry, lyrics, and prompts to the Service. You retain all ownership rights to the content you create and submit.

By submitting content, you grant Sukhan AI a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, process, and generate AI recitations or musical compositions from your content solely to provide the Service to you and other users according to your visibility settings.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Generate content that is illegal, harmful, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or hateful.
• Circumvent or attempt to violate daily usage limits, rate limits, or user access tiers.
• Use automated scrapers, bots, or scripts to harvest poetry, audio, or database records from the Service.
• Infringe the copyrights or intellectual property rights of any third party.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that AI-generated audio or meanings will be 100% accurate.

In no event shall IndaPoint or Sukhan AI be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

These terms are governed by applicable laws. We reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
