Ghazal

काफ़िर तुझे अल्लाह ने सूरत तो परी दी

Bahadur Shah Zafar· Ghazal· 11 shers

This ghazal laments the cold-hearted indifference of the beloved, who is blessed with celestial beauty yet entirely devoid of compassion or love. The poet poignantly captures the paradox of devotion, where love's supreme dominion grants the lover only unending thirst and weeping eyes.
