हरि तुम हरो जन की भीर।
Meaning: O Hari, you remove the people's plight.
द्रोपदी की लाज राखी, तुम बढायो चीर॥
Meaning: You protected Draupadi's honor, You extended her garment.
भक्त कारण रूप नरहरि, धरयो आप शरीर।
Meaning: For the devotee's sake, Narahari assumed his own form.
हिरणकश्यपु मार दीन्हों, धरयो नाहिंन धीर॥
Meaning: Hiranyakashyapu was struck down,No patience did He show.
बूडते गजराज राखे, कियो बाहर नीर।
Meaning: He saved the king elephant from sinking deep,And brought him out of the water's keep.
