Do not wander through the gardens of roses, nor the scented ones, nor the fragrant ones; do not approach the youthful lords of those gardens, who are mixed with the dust.

This couplet is a profound warning about the transient nature of beauty and joy. Mir Taqi Mir tells us not to wander through the garden (the 'gulshan') even when the flowers and leaves are falling. He warns against meeting the beautiful, youthful spirits ('ra'na jawanan') of that garden in the dust. It's a poetic plea to recognize that intense beauty often comes with inevitable sorrow, and sometimes, the greatest wisdom is in walking away.
