Ghazal
Kya Karoon Sharah Khasta-jaani Ki
क्या करूँ शरह ख़स्ता-जानी की
This ghazal explores the transience of life and the pain of love. The poet states that he has lived through repeated experiences of dying and living, yet his melancholic words are meaningless. He acknowledges that everyone must pass, but the patience required for the beloved's youth is the greatest struggle.
