1. (કટાવ) ગાડીમાંથી, રચના જોતાં, હરખ્યું મન મુજ,

   Meaning: From the carriage, seeing the creation, my heart rejoiced.

2. કેટલાકના, કળોઠિ જેવા, રંગ ચળકતા, કેટલાક તો, કાળાબલ્લક,

   Meaning: Of some, like the 'kaḷōṭhi', hues brightly gleam,While others, verily, are pitch black, a dark extreme,

3. ઘન અંધરાયે, ફુટતી ગંભિર, ઝરણો છણ છણ, કરતાં સુણવાં, એ સંધાંથી, વિસ્મય પામી, કુદરતકેરાં, વખાણ ઝાઝાં, કરતાં કરતાં, કોણ નહીં રે, થઈ

   Meaning: In dense darkness, as deep wonders spring,Listening to the springs, 'chhan-chhan,' softly sing.From all of this, who wouldn't, struck with such awe,Praise nature profusely, without any flaw?

4. આનંદી, લ્હેર લ્હેરમાં, આંખ મીચીને, ડોલે ડોલે!

   Meaning: Joyful, in waves of pure delight, With eyes closed, it sways and sways!
