The one from whom you averted your eyes departed on his journey just like a tear that drops from an eye.

This couplet draws a poignant and delicate parallel between a lover's departure and a falling tear. The moment the beloved turns their gaze away in indifference, the lover loses their home in those eyes and is cast out. Just like a tear that slips quietly down the cheek and can never return to the eye, the rejected lover embarks on an irreversible journey of sorrow.
