In classical Urdu poetry, 'मूए' is an archaic verbal form derived from dying (the older inflection of 'مرنا'). In this couplet by Mir Taqi Mir, it refers to the lover having died or perished, through which they could finally pour out and empty their heavy, grieving heart. It evokes the ultimate release found in death after an agonizing life of love.
Etymology
Derived from Sanskrit 'मृत' (mṛta, meaning dead) via Prakrit 'मुअ' (mua), which entered early Hindavi and Braj Bhasha as 'मूआ/मूना'.
