तपिश से मेरी वक़्फ़-ए-कशमकश हर तार-ए-बिस्तर है मिरा सर रंज-ए-बालीं है मिरा तन बार-ए-बिस्तर है
Meaning: From my torment, every thread of the bed is caught in turmoil,My head is a grief to the pillow, my body a burden to the bed.
ब-ज़ौक़-ए-शोख़ी-ए-आ'ज़ा तकल्लुफ़ बार-ए-बिस्तर है मु'आफ़-ए-पेच-ओ-ताब-ए-कशमकश हर तार-ए-बिस्तर है
Meaning: With limbs alive with playful zest, the bed feels like a formal weight; From restless twists and inner test, each thread escapes that struggling state.
मु'अम्मा-ए-तकल्लुफ़ सर-ब-मेह्र-ए-चश्म पोशीदन गुदाज़-ए-शम'-ए-महफ़िल पेचिश-ए-तूमार-ए-बिस्तर है
