અખા તે ગુરુના મનમાં ખરા

The verses

1. અખા તે ગુરુના મનમાં ખરા જીવ આવકાર દઇ બેસારે પરા.

   Meaning: O Akha, true are those in the Guru's mind,The soul welcomes and seats them, on a plane refined.

2. વાયક જાળમાં ઘુંચવી મરે અખા જ્ઞાનીનું કહ્યું કે મ કરે.

   Meaning: Entangled in the net of words, one perishes;Akho asks, why does one not do as the wise advise?

3. જ્ઞાનીને તો સર્વે ફોક બ્રહ્માદિલગી કલ્પ્યાં લોક;

   Meaning: To the wise, all is but vain,From Brahma's realms, all but conceived in pain.

4. ત્રણકાંડ કાળની માંડણી તત્વવેત્તાએ એવી ગણી;

   Meaning: The three-fold arrangement of Time, Such did the philosophers define.
