Ghazal
दिल गए आफ़त आई जानों पर
This ghazal describes the troubles that come due to being overwhelmed by love. The poet suggests that while they used to hear talks of composure and patience in love, now these words are merely whispered. It speaks of how even if humans are rooted to the earth, their minds wander in the skies, and the boys of the city oppress the youth.
