گل و سرو و سمن گر جائیں گے مت اور باغ کی سیر مت کرو؛ ان باغات کے نوجوان مالکان سے خاک میں ملنا مت۔
تشریح
यह शेर ज़िंदगी की नश्वरता का गहरा एहसास दिलाता है। शायर कहते हैं कि जब खूबसूरती ढल रही हो, तो उस माहौल में भटकना और उन हसीन चेहरों से मिलना भी छोड़ देना चाहिए।
