1. બારે માસ ભોગવે એ બે સૌને ઘેર આવી ગઇ રહે ;

   अर्थ: The twain enjoy throughout the year,At every home, they linger near.

2. અખા હરિ જાણે જડ જાય નૈં તો મનસા વાચા પેશીરે ક્યાંય.

   अर्थ: Akha says, when Hari is known, dullness departs; Else, neither mind nor word can enter anywhere.

3. અખા દે ખણહારો દ્વત ટળતે રહે તે સર્વાતીત.

   अर्थ: Akha, the one who sees duality,He who transcends it, is beyond all.

4. ઉંચ ખરા તે ઉંચ ન જાણ નીચ તે નોહે નીચ નિર્વાણ;

   अर्थ: One high in status, deem not high in worth,Nor are the humble, ignoble from their birth.
