What you hear on Sukhan AI Radio
Sukhan AI Radio streams newly created musical interpretations of poetry. The words come from attributed poems in the Sukhan archive; the melody, arrangement, and synthetic vocal performance are generated for the selected style. These tracks are modern interpretations, not historical recordings and not attempts to reproduce a poet’s voice.
Choose a listening style
Classical arrangements foreground traditional melodic movement; Sufi settings lean toward meditative and devotional colour; Modern and Gen Z treatments use contemporary textures. The style changes the production, while the attributed poetic text remains central.
Build a mood-based mehfil
Explore moods such as ishq, dard, judai, ummeed, wafa, zindagi, and the divine. Signed-in listeners can combine moods and poets into a personal queue; public radio remains available without an account.
How the poetry is handled
Each track links listening back to a poet and work wherever that relationship exists in the archive.
