1. हर शय मुसाफ़िर हर चीज़ राही क्या चाँद तारे क्या मुर्ग़ ओ माही

   معنی: Every thing a traveler, every entity on the way: be it the moon and stars, or birds of the air and fish of the sea.

2. तू मर्द-ए-मैदाँ तू मीर-ए-लश्कर नूरी हुज़ूरी तेरे सिपाही

   معنی: You are the champion of the field, the commander of the host; / Celestial beings of radiant light stand as soldiers at your post.

3. दुनिया-ए-दूँ की कब तक ग़ुलामी या राहेबी कर या पादशाही

   معنی: How long will you remain in thrall to this vile world? Either choose the hermit's renunciation, or rule it like a king.

4. पीर-ए-हरम को देखा है मैं ने किरदार-ए-बे-सोज़ गुफ़्तार वाही

   معنی: I have observed the elder of the sacred shrine: his character devoid of fire, his words utterly hollow.
