વીર જતીન્દ્રનાં સંભારણાં

1. રણશિંગાં બજિયાં નહીં, નવ ગહેકી શરણાઈ, તલવારોની તાળીઓ સમરે નવ સંભળાઈ;

   अर्थ: No war horns blew, no shehnai echoed clear,No clash of swords in battle did one hear.

2. નીરખવા દો મુને લાખ નયનો કરી, આકૃતિ-જ્વાલ એ બાલની અણઠરી.

   अर्थ: Let me behold with a myriad of eyes,That child's form, a flame which ne'er subsides.

3. માગવા જવાબો એક દિન આવશું, ભૂખરી પતાકા સંગમાં લાવશું,

   अर्थ: To seek answers, one day we shall come,Bringing with us the pale flag,

4. અમારા રક્તના હોજ છલકાવશું, માતનો ધ્વજ ફરી વાર રંગી જશું.

   अर्थ: We shall overflow the pools of our blood,And dye our mother's flag once more.
