1. हरि तुम हरो जन की भीर।

   अर्थ: O Hari, you remove the people's plight.

2. द्रोपदी की लाज राखी, तुम बढायो चीर॥

   अर्थ: You protected Draupadi's honor, You extended her garment.

3. भक्त कारण रूप नरहरि, धरयो आप शरीर।

   अर्थ: For the devotee's sake, Narahari assumed his own form.

4. हिरणकश्यपु मार दीन्हों, धरयो नाहिंन धीर॥

   अर्थ: Hiranyakashyapu was struck down,No patience did He show.

5. बूडते गजराज राखे, कियो बाहर नीर।

   अर्थ: He saved the king elephant from sinking deep,And brought him out of the water's keep.
