1. ત્યારે અખા મુમુક્ષુ મન જાણે તે જાણી લે જન.

   अर्थ: Then, O Akho, the soul that yearns to be free,That which it knows, let that person see.

2. જે ધરી આવ્યો ભૌતિક કાય દે વ નર નાગ કહ્યો નવ જાય;

   अर्थ: He who assumed a material form,Cannot be called a god, human, or naga.

3. ગહન ગતિ છે કાળજતણી જેણે જે જે વાતો ભણી;

   अर्थ: Profound indeed is the heart's true way,All the tales it learns each day.

4. તે તેનાં પામ્યાં પરમાણ પરછં દાની પેરે જાણ;

   अर्थ: They obtained their measure, know it like a reflection.
