न लेवे गर ख़स-ए-जौहर तरावत सब्ज़ा-ए-ख़त से

न लेवे गर ख़स-ए-जौहर तरावत सब्ज़ा-ए-ख़त से
लगाए ख़ाना-ए-आईना में रू-ए-निगार आतिश
If the mirror's vital essence derives no freshness from the verdant facial down,The beloved's face will set the house of the mirror ablaze.

हुई है बस कि सर्फ़-ए-मशक़ तमकीन-ए-बहार आतिश
