Ghazal
हो गई है ग़ैर की शीरीं-बयानी कारगर
This ghazal explores the pain of unrequited love, where the beloved is swayed by a rival's sweet words, overlooking the true lover's silent devotion. It vividly portrays the anguish of unacknowledged sincerity, the feeling of being undervalued, and the lasting sorrow caused by shattered joy, where every broken piece adds to the hurt.

The rival's sweet words have proven effective. She does not suspect us, the silent ones, of love.

There, the pupil's blackness; here, the stain of wine. The moon's no rival to the goblet's challenging design.
On one side, there is the blackness of the eye's pupil; on the other, the stain of wine in a goblet. The moon cannot rival the goblet's proud boast of resembling an eye.

If the high-dwelling heavens derive grace from humility's form,Apparently, no status is greater than humility's charm.
If the high heavens themselves gain grace by bowing down in humility, then apparently, no status is superior to humility.

For the heart, the expression of words is like a door thrown open wide,
Here, the pen's mere scratching is naught but the door's own creak inside.
For the heart, expressing words is like a door being opened wide. Here, the mere scratching of the pen is nothing but the sound of that very door creaking open.
