प्रयोग

In classical Urdu ghazal, it frequently symbolizes the lover's extreme vulnerability, humility, and lack of worldly voice or power before the beloved or fate, often paralleling the state of a destitute mendicant (be-nawā). In this couplet, it describes lingering quietly without a voice or means in the beloved's street.
