1. ગ્રીષ્મ (ઇંદ્રવજા)

   अर्थ: Summer (Indravajra)

2. અંધારી આ રજની સજની, મેઘબિહામણી રે વારે વારે, દરશન દઈ, ચોંકવે દામણી રે,

   अर्थ: This dark night, my dear friend, is fearsome with clouds, Again and again, appearing, the lightning startles me.

3. ઝૂલ્યાં હીંડોળે નવ સાથ બન્યો, લહાવો ન લીધો ઋતુનાં સુખોનો. રાતે જ રેલે સુકુસુંબ વસ્ત્રે, વર્ષાદથી છેક ભીંજાઇ રસ્તે;

   अर्थ: In swings we swayed, no kinship came to be,The season's pleasures, untouched, passed by for me.At night she roams, in dry saffron attire,On roads by rain completely drenched and dire.

4. ચોંટેલ ચીરે નથી નાથ જોતો, લહાવો ન લીધો ઋતુનાં સુખોનો.

   अर्थ: The Lord sees not the tattered clothes that cling,No joy was taken from the seasons' blossoming.
