Ghazal
This ghazal celebrates the beauty and vibrancy of life when shared with a beloved. The poet suggests that simply by walking with the beloved, the garden (Chaman) appears like a spring festival (Baharaan). It describes the intoxicating, colorful, and sometimes painful experience of love, comparing life's journey to a tavern (Maykhana) filled with deep emotions.

When you walk, they say the garden is spring, that it is a torrent of bloom,
The leaves are green, the flowers have blossomed, but the breeze is faint, a soft sigh.

As if color drips from the air, like wine being sipped,
Step out to the tavern, for the era of wine-drinking has arrived.
The color drips from the air as if wine is being sipped; now go to the tavern, for the era of wine-drinking has begun.

Even among the warriors of love, there is a description of dying,
Meaning, it is a great ordeal to earn a living.

My heart is stained, my liver is in pieces, all tears have turned to blood; this love for the beloved is a mixture of blood and water.

For the sake of Kohakan and Majnu, we did not go into the desert and mountains; in love, we are, 'Mir', extremely near to the keepers of honor.
