Ghazal
बाज़ीचा-ए-अतफ़ाल है दुनिया मिरे आगे
This ghazal, famously by Ghalib, explores the transient nature of worldly desires and grandeur. The poet asserts that despite having countless desires, he views the entire world as a mere children's playground, where events unfold as an everyday spectacle. Even symbols of immense power like Solomon's throne and divine miracles like those of the Messiah are considered trivial games or simple matters from his detached perspective. It reflects a profound philosophical outlook on life's ephemeral pursuits.
